If a booking didn't go as planned — service not rendered, deposit not returned, or a business no-show — submit a formal dispute and our team will investigate and resolve it.

Our team reviews evidence from both you and the business within 5–7 business days.
Resolution issued
You're notified of the outcome. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3 business days.
